Bangladesh Telecommunication Company Ltd has launched its over-the-top (OTT) calling application Alaap for both Android and IOS. This app basically uses Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) to conduct calls and sms. If you want to know more about what is VOIP wait for my next inadept post about the topic. Through the app a user can sign up for a new number and complete his or her registration process. The pulse is currently 30/poisa per minute and recharge can be done using Bkash, Nagad, any VISA or Mastercard. The app gives you 15mins of free talk time to any number upon installation!
What you need for registration:
1. A smartphone with working camera
2. A valid sim number (any operator)
3. A valid NID
